Sauteed some of the sting ray for dinner tonight...kinda regretting throwing one back yesterday...it was good!!

- Sarah Mitchellokay, so I was only partly right...there is apparently a creature called a bay scallop, but it is often counterfeited with sting ray...just as good, though!
